
Client Account Manager (Bilingual – English/Spanish)
Remote - Menomonee Falls, WI
Are you fluent in English and Spanish with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences? We’re seeking a Client Account Manager (CAM) to serve as the central liaison between our clients and internal teams. This role ensures that clients receive timely, high-quality service while fostering long-term partnerships and strong company relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering outstanding service and acting as the face of the company.
- Manage daily client and carrier communications, including monitoring and responding to client inboxes.
- Implement new client procedures and ensure accurate processing of freight bills.
- Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team members, as applicable.
- Support client retention and growth through proactive, responsive communication and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12–18 months of experience in client services, account management, logistics, or a related field.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Equivalent combination of education and 2–3 years of relevant experience accepted.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
- Location: 100% remote (all necessary equipment provided).
