Enterprise Account Manager, WI Residents Only

Are you a proven hunter in the logistics or 3PL space with experience selling complex solutions and working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)?
Trans International (TI Freight Audit) is looking for a driven Enterprise Account Manager to generate new business, close high-value deals, and grow strategic client relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and close new business (primary focus)
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery to contract execution
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline ($2M+)
- Deliver consultative, solution-based presentations
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success
- Grow select accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (logistics, 3PL, or TMS preferred)
- Proven success in new business development
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and accountable
- Experience managing complex sales cycles
Location: Wisconsin (Hybrid if within 50 miles of Menomonee Falls)
Travel: As needed for client meetings and industry events
